Where it all began

I began as a lawyer

After graduating from Commerce/Law at Monash University, I completed my articles at Gadens Lawyers. I then practised as a solicitor in the Commercial Litigation department of the firm.

Ready for something new

After several years I was ready for a change. But as I began looking for a new role, I discovered that what I really wanted was a new career. I was seeking more human contact and the opportunity to make a difference to people’s professional lives. Legal recruitment felt right.

Now on my own

After working for other recruitment firms for over a decade, I established Rothfield Legal Recruitment in 2011. Working for myself allows me to do what I love but on my own terms. I stay true to myself and to the values I believe in.
